Refund and Cancellation Policy

When we book your appointment, we are holding a space in our schedule specifically for you. In order to be respectful of our other patients please cancel your appointment in the app as soon as you know you will not be able to make your scheduled appointment.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you cancel at least 2 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is canceled less than 2 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without canceling. In either case, we will charge the patient a missed appointment fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • First late cancellation/no-show is a warning

  • Second late cancellation/no-show we will charge 25% of your appointment fee

  • Third and later late cancellation/no-show we will charge 80% of your appointment fee.

  • You will not be able to book an appointment if you have any amount due.

  • Discounted Services (Without Coupon) are not eligible for cancellations.

REFUND POLICY

  • After cancellations, a complete or partial refund will be credited to your source account within 48 hours.

  • In some cases, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited.

  • For instant refunds, you can use our wallet services.
